Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled for a full refund.
All orders are processed immediately to ensure fast fulfillment and shipping.
If you still wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@nezcap.com as soon as possible.
In exceptional cases, we may be able to assist with a partial refund of up to 50% of the total order value - provided the order has not yet been fully shipped or customized.
Please note that after the order enters the production or shipping stage, we are unable to make any changes or process any cancellation requests.
