  • Shop App purchases: Orders placed through the Shop App are final and cannot be canceled once submitted. All orders are processed immediately to ensure fast fulfillment and shipping. Please double-check all details before placing your order.
  • Direct purchases on NezCap.com: Orders placed directly through our website may be canceled within 3 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, your order will be in processing and cannot be stopped.
  • Once a tracking number has been issued, the order can no longer be canceled or refunded.
