Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, and your item qualifies for a return under our Return Policy, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item at our return center and complete the inspection process, you will be notified of the outcome via email. If your return is approved, we will proceed with issuing your refund using your original method of payment.

  • Refunds will be issued within 3 business days of approval.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your funds:

  1. First, check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you've done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us directly.
