Return Policy

If you are not fully happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn or unused
  • In its original condition and packaging
  • All tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@nezcap.com. Once your return is authorized, you will be provided with a return shipping label and detailed return instructions.

Important: Do not send your return without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@nezcap.com. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty or hygiene products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order after the return is accepted.

European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.

The returned item must still meet all the standard return eligibility conditions:

  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • With all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.
  • Processing delays by your bank or credit card provider may affect the timeline.
